Terms of Service

Effective: March 2026

Overview

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and WeaveHub Technologies LLC ("WeaveHub", "WeaveHub Technologies", "we", "us"). They govern your use of all WeaveHub products — including PocketSync (formerly HealthSync), PocketNOC, PocketSOC, PocketIntel, WeaveLedger, and the WeaveHub website (collectively, the "Services"). By using any Service, you agree to these terms.

Product-Specific Terms

Each product has additional terms that apply to its use:

Where a product-specific terms document conflicts with these umbrella terms, the product-specific terms prevail for that product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

Your Data & Permissions

  • You control which data you share with each product and which integrations you configure.
  • For PocketSync Health Data Streaming: you control which HealthKit metrics are shared and which destinations are connected. If you connect Google Sheets, you grant access solely to write metrics to the sheet you select.
  • For PocketSync Cloud Sync: you grant WeaveHub permission to access, read, and transfer files, contacts, and calendar events from your connected cloud accounts as directed by your sync job configurations. You must have authorization to access and transfer the data in your connected accounts. Data is temporarily buffered on WeaveHub infrastructure during transfer.
  • For PocketSync Cloud Sync: by connecting a cloud provider, you authorize WeaveHub to store encrypted OAuth tokens (or CardDAV/CalDAV credentials) and sync metadata on our infrastructure for the purpose of executing your sync jobs. You are responsible for ensuring that your sync configurations do not violate any third-party terms of service, copyright, or data protection obligations.
  • For PocketSync Cloud Sync: when syncing contacts or calendars, you acknowledge that the data being transferred contains personal data of third parties (the people in your address book and calendar attendees). You represent that you have a lawful basis to transfer this data and accept responsibility for compliance with applicable data protection laws.
  • For PocketNOC: you are responsible for your SolarWinds credentials and authorization to access connected infrastructure.
  • For PocketSOC: you are responsible for configuring API scopes, permissions, and vendor credentials.
  • For PocketIntel: you authorize WeaveHub to use AI services (Cloudflare Workers AI and OpenAI via Cloudflare AI Gateway) to process publicly available cybersecurity content and deliver personalized intelligence feeds based on your configured preferences. PocketIntel does not process your personal data through AI models; AI processing is applied only to publicly available source content.
  • For WeaveLedger: your expense data, receipt images, budgets, subscription records, and tax tracking data are stored on your self-hosted Cloudflare Workers instance. WeaveHub does not access, process, or store this data. WeaveHub's licensing service processes only your Apple App Store transaction identifier to validate subscription status. You are responsible for the security, backup, and administration of your self-hosted instance.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all configuration settings (webhook URLs, API endpoints, credentials, etc.).

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
  • Do not misuse or abuse API credentials, tokens, license keys, or webhooks.
  • Do not use the Services to access infrastructure or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not use Cloud Sync to transfer files, contacts, or calendar data that contain illegal content, malware, or content you do not have the right to copy or distribute.
  • Do not use Cloud Sync to circumvent storage quotas or terms of service of connected cloud providers.
  • Do not exceed the 500 MB per-file size limit for Cloud Sync file transfers.
  • Do not use Cloud Sync as a general-purpose file hosting, CDN, or distribution service.
  • Do not use contact or calendar sync to harvest, scrape, or mass-export personal data for purposes unrelated to your own legitimate use of those contacts or calendars.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from PocketIntel by automated means.
  • Do not redistribute, republish, or resell PocketIntel content, AI-generated summaries, or intelligence feeds.
  • Do not use PocketIntel's custom URL feature to submit URLs to paywalled or access-restricted content.

Cloud Sync — Content Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to files transferred through Cloud Sync. WeaveHub does not claim any ownership interest in your files, contacts, or calendar data. You are solely responsible for the content transferred through the Service, including ensuring you have the right to store, copy, and transfer that data.

For contact and calendar sync, you acknowledge that transferred data contains personal information of third parties. You are responsible for having the necessary rights or lawful basis to transfer this data between providers.

WeaveHub does not monitor, review, or scan the contents of data transferred through Cloud Sync, except as required by law or to respond to valid legal process. WeaveHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate Cloud Sync access if we become aware of illegal content or terms of service violations.

Cloud Sync — Service Limits

  • Maximum file size: 500 MB per file
  • Sync frequency: approximately every 5 minutes (automated)
  • Transfer buffer: files are temporarily stored for up to 1 hour during transit, then automatically deleted. Contact and calendar data is held in memory or temporary storage during transfer.
  • Deleting a sync job deletes all associated metadata, sync history, and data from WeaveHub servers
  • WeaveHub reserves the right to impose additional rate limits, storage quotas, or transfer caps to maintain service quality

Subscriptions & Billing

Each product has its own subscription pricing and billing method:

  • PocketSync: $2.99/month or $24.99/year, billed through the Apple App Store. A 3-day free trial is available. Cloud Sync is included with an active PocketSync subscription.
  • PocketNOC: $9.99/month or $99.99/year, billed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe (license keys). See PocketNOC Terms for license key details.
  • PocketSOC: See PocketSOC Terms for pricing.
  • PocketIntel: $2.99/month, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
  • WeaveLedger: $4.99/month or $49.99/year, billed through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refunds for App Store/Play Store purchases are handled by Apple/Google in accordance with their policies.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Cancellation

  • App Store/Play Store subscriptions: Cancel through your device's subscription settings. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • Stripe license keys (PocketNOC): Manage your billing at our customer portal.

Service Availability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Product functionality depends on the availability and configuration of connected third-party services (SolarWinds, security vendors, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, etc.). Cloud Sync transfers depend on the availability and rate limits of connected cloud storage providers; sync jobs may be delayed or fail due to provider outages, API rate limits, or changes to provider APIs.

Third-Party Services

The Services connect to third-party platforms including SolarWinds Orion, various EDR/XDR/SIEM vendors, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, Home Assistant, Apple, Google, Stripe, and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. WeaveHub does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party services. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each cloud storage provider you connect to PocketSync Cloud Sync.

All third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe compatibility or integration.

Disclaimers

PocketSync is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Data may be incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed; do not rely on it for clinical decisions or emergencies. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.

Cloud Sync is a data transfer tool. WeaveHub does not guarantee the integrity, completeness, or successful delivery of transferred files, contacts, or calendar events. Transfers may fail due to provider API limitations, network issues, data corruption, or exceeding the 500 MB per-file limit. Contact and calendar sync may result in duplicate or missing records due to differences in provider data formats. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data. WeaveHub is not liable for data loss, corruption, duplication, or unauthorized access resulting from Cloud Sync operations.

PocketNOC and PocketSOC are monitoring and alert tools. They do not replace professional network operations, security operations, or incident response procedures. Alert delivery is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or timely.

PocketIntel provides AI-generated summaries, IOC extractions, and vulnerability categorizations for informational purposes only. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions and does not constitute professional cybersecurity advice. Always verify information against original sources before making security decisions. PocketIntel connects to Cloudflare Workers AI and OpenAI (via Cloudflare AI Gateway) for content summarization, the National Vulnerability Database (NVD), CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalog, public RSS feeds, and Mastodon for source content.

WeaveLedger is a personal finance and expense tracking tool. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax preparation, or financial advisory services. Tax categorizations, budget calculations, and AI-generated receipt data may contain errors. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and tax filings. Because WeaveLedger data is stored on your self-hosted Cloudflare Workers instance, WeaveHub is not responsible for data loss, unauthorized access, or security incidents on your infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeaveHub Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of file sync operations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Class Action Waiver

You and WeaveHub agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, or government actions.

Assignment

You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
