Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of HealthSync and the WeaveHub website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Your Data & Permissions

  • You control which HealthKit metrics are shared and which destinations are connected.
  • If you connect Google Sheets, you grant HealthSync access solely to write metrics to the sheet you select.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of destination settings such as webhook URLs and sheet selection.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
  • Do not misuse or abuse API credentials, tokens, or webhooks.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • HealthSync is offered on a subscription basis at $0.99/month or $9.99/year per integration.
  • A 3-day free trial is available to test the Service before you are charged.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel anytime by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device and selecting HealthSync. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. WeaveHub does not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Third-Party Services

The Service can connect to third-party platforms such as Google Sheets and Home Assistant. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

HealthSync and this site are not medical devices and are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Data may be incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed; do not rely on it for clinical decisions or emergencies.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeaveHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Class Action Waiver

You and WeaveHub agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, or government actions.

Assignment

You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
